Food For Thought: Topic for Discussion Week of December 14, 2009:
Pollan himself is an optimist. He believes the possibilities for eating local, organic food are the best they’ve been in quite some time.
Can you take the opposite position?
What would make this style of eating not do-able for someone?

  1. LOL normally I Can do a good job of arguing the other side so to speak but when it comes to buying local food it is really hard. I mean I can try.. at times it is good to support someone if they have good intentions or need some help getting started but in the long run buying local is the way to go
